Our kitchen is led by James Burton, a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, whose experience and creativity shape everything we serve. We work with carefully chosen British suppliers and grow fruit, herbs, flowers and vegetables on our own farm, bringing a personal connection to the ingredients on your plate. From beautifully presented canapés and elegant plated courses to relaxed family-style feasts and late-night tacos, we build your menu around the food you love and the atmosphere you want to create. You might picture a long, leisurely meal with dishes passed around the table, or a three-course wedding breakfast with thoughtful seasonal details. We’ll help you find the right fit. We’re equally at home in a country house, a characterful barn or a marquee in a family garden. Our experienced team takes care of the catering details, working closely with your venue and other suppliers so you can enjoy the celebration.
